Last Neko (under development): log 19/05/16


The project started one week ago, and I have two more weeks to clear the development! Now, for the log:
Last Neko, log from 19 /05 / 16.

  •  The Player now have a fan pattern. Bullets far from the center are weaker. Technically, the bullet who go straight hit an enemy for 100 damage. The bullets who are the farthest from the middle hit for 60.
  • Designed the boss level 3 (but not yet coded)
  • Revamped the enemies:
  1. The harmless enemies are not harmless anymore (don't worry, they are not that strong).
  2. Added some bullets to some enemies (purely decorative ones).
  3. Slightly modified the level design of level 1 to remove all the boring phases of waiting.
  4. Made the level 3 way less brutal than before.
  5. Rebalanced the amount of HP of the whole bestiary.
  • Fixed a major annoying bug with the Pause menu.
  • Some bullets have been redesigned to be less agressive for eyes.
  • The hitbox of Katz is now 1 pixel.
  • Added a lifebar for bosses.
  • Enemies who take damage are now blinking.
  • (visual) Added a power gauge
